Wristbands & Tickets

you have ordered wristbands and tickets for the RancherFest in the
last week and have not received them yet, please pick them up at the
Ticket Table. They will be labeled with your name and waiting for
your arrival. I opted not to send the balance home in case they were
accidentally lost. If you have any questions, please feel free
to call me at 673-2452. I will also be at the school from 12:00 on.

As the carnival gets closer, things are starting to rally
up. We still need volunteers to sign up for one or more of the followings:
ticket sales, room posts, and clean up crew.

WRISTBANDS & TICKETS
We are selling wristbands and
tickets for anyone who would like to purchase them ahead of time.
Tickets are for food only, and
wristbands are for games only. A group of
30 tickets will buy a family of 4 a meal and a small drink.
Wristband & Ticket Costs:
Wristbands: $12.00 pre-paid, $15.00 at the Gate
Tickets (30): $12.00 pre-paid, $15.00 at the Gate
(or, $.50 a ticket)

Children 3 and under do not need wristbands, games are
free. Please click the link above for the printable form.
Send money or check in envelope, with student and teacher’s name on it and
you will get it before carnival or it will be waiting for you at ticket
booths.
FOOD
PRICES AT CARNIVAL
Here are the prices of all
foods so you can figure out how much you might need. We will be selling
tickets for food, at $.50 per ticket.

¼ lb. Hamburger and chips $3.00 (6 tickets)

Chicken nuggets and chips $3.00 (6 tickets)

Queso and chips $1.00 (2 tickets)

Juice boxes and small water $.50 (1 ticket)

Soda and big water $1.00 (2 tickets)

Ice-Cream $1.00 (2 tickets)
DRINK DONATIONS
We also need drinks donated for
this event.
For sodas, we need the standard can size. Please do not send liter bottles or small cans, glass
bottles or small bottles.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

AUCTION BASKETS should
be made up and delivered to school by Friday Oct.26. Please contact Vanessa

COOKIES AND CUPCAKES can
be delivered on the day of the carnival. You can drop them off at kid’s drop
off or the front office. Someone will be there to accept them with a cart.

ALLERGIES: If
there are any parents that have kids with allergies and would like to make
some specifically for their needs, please feel free to do so and make sure
to label them so we know to keep them separate.
